CASTROCHAVIST DICTATORSHIPS ARE PROPPED UP BY ARGENTINA, MEXICO, AND SPAIN

(Interamerican Institute for Democracy) This new decade there continues to be two Americas, a democratic one and a dictatorial other.  The latter is one of organized crime from which the permanent destabilization of democracies is sought.  The dictatorial America, now called “Castrochavism” is directed by Cuba who controls Venezuela and Nicaragua’s dictatorships and had formerly included Ecuador with Rafael Correa and Bolivia with Evo Morales.  The dictatorships have lost some ground and are facing terminal crisis situations, but now they are being propped up by the governments from Argentina, Mexico, and Spain.

Features of the democratic America are the “alternance of power and the predictability thereof” abiding by the fundamental components of democracy that are summarized in the respect for human rights, the existence of the rule of law, the separation and independence of the branches of government, free and fair elections with a plurality of political parties and organizations.

Features of the dictatorial America, or Castrochavist dictatorships, are “the indefinite permanence in power and its de-facto execution thereof” with an absence of the fundamental components of democracy, with the existence of politically persecuted, imprisoned, or exiled through the misuse of the judicial, through repression, and the commission of crimes as a routine way of exercising power in a Transnational Organized Crime system that ranges from narcotics’ trafficking, terrorism, corruption, heinous crimes against humanity and more.

Ecuador with President Lenin Moreno turned out to be a “transition towards democracy” government restoring the fundamental components of democracy and allowing legal action to be taken for Correa’s corruption, drifting away from remaining a dictatorship.   Bolivia, with the resignation of Evo Morales, with an interim government, is taking the nation to new elections, fighting to rid itself of the still existing dictatorial system and faces permanent conspiracy and threats due to the serious impact its loss represents to the Castrochavist system.

In order to delay their demise and contain the growing internal and international pressure for the liberation of Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua, Castrochavist dictatorships who oppress those nations put underway an offensive against the democratic America, as evidenced through the failed coup d’état in Ecuador, the destabilization of Chile, the activation of the FARC, the support to the ELN, the strife in Colombia, conspiracies in Peru, Brazil, and others, the migratory manipulation and narcotics’ trafficking against the region, the United States, and more.

The democratic America has strengthened and increased in the number of States, something that was expressed; at the Organization of American States who returned to the respect and application of the Interamerican Democratic Charter, as a new United States’ foreign policy for the region, at the Group of Lima, through the reactivation of the Interamerican Treaty for Reciprocal Assistance, and in a growing trend to properly and correctly identify the enemy that attacks democracies.

The dictatorial America’s defeat is hampered by Mexico’s foreign policy, under the command of President Lopez Obrador, that is aligned with Castrochavist dictatorships.  His sabotage to the Group of Lima, his open support to Venezuela’s dictatorship, his consistent support to Cuba’s dictatorship -which includes the contracting of “slave physicians”- his protection given to dictator Evo Morales so that he may flee from Bolivia and his position at the U.N. and the OAS, show it.

Alberto Fernandez and Cristina Kirchner’s support, has changed Argentina’s foreign policy to be servile to Organized Crime represented by Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.  This is shown by; Kirchner’s close relationship with Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua, the defense of the fugitive dictator Evo Morales and the tolerance with which he is allowed to incur in all types of violations of international law, such as allowing Morales to conspire, from Argentinean territory, against Bolivia’s interim government and Argentina’s removal of President Guaido’s representative to be replaced by one of Maduro’s.

In Spain, with the government of Pedro Sanchez / Pablo Iglesias, Castrochavism has taken over power because the political party PODEMOS is the dictatorial America’s creation to penetrate and destroy Spaniard’s democracy.  The involvement of Spain’s security personnel to liberate and smuggle former dictatorship’s fugitives from Mexico’s Embassy in La Paz, Bolivia so show it.  PODEMOS controls Spain’s official television and penetrates the foreign service.

Friends of enemies are not friends.  America’s democracies must be clear and concise in assessing and denouncing Argentina, Mexico, and Spain’s position, not permit a “double standard” and act accordingly.
